Pretty easy ride, basically leaving Eccleston Via Windle heading towaards Crank then taking a left at the Red Cat pub heading towards Rainford Village.
From there you skirt the back roads of Rainford past the High School then heading right towards Rainford Junction and along Knolly Lane heading towards Skelmersdale then taking a left along the Gilibrands Road and following signs for Ormskirk (A577). You then take the A570 (Rainford Bypass) back towards St Helens and complete your ride.
Suitable for all riders who fancy stretching their legs without any really tough hills or steady inclines. |
