I was slightly nervous about tackling this route, and it was really challenging. I did make it to the end however, and felt incredibly rewarded. You need to be a toughie to take this on, but its worth the effort. (There is about a mile and a half of swimming involved, so I would recommend doing the route in summer - unless you own a wetsuit).
