Spennymoor to Coxhoe then Sedgefield, Rushyford, Coundon and back to Spennymoor
This is a route that is all on main roads, has a lot of quick flat sections and also has 3 really cheeky climbs. The first one, in particular, climbs for at least a mile and is quite a thigh burner!
Although the route uses main roads, they're wide and not massively busy if you avoid peak times!
