| This is a road route, on B and country roads, with a high speed decents if ridden clockwise. The route map is easy enough to follow, and is exactly as presented here. Just beware of the lanes on the way out to Chieveley as these sometimes have stones etc scattered across them and gave me a puncture once. Other thing of note is that the return leg on the B4494 is a very nice descent, no need for pedalling for much of it, but watch your speed as you may well find yourself overtaking cars on the high speed sections without realising! |
