| A training route that crosses the South Downs in East Sussex over 5 times in 100km. Quite a lot of climbing with much to see. Climbs include Firle Beacon, High and Over, Wilmington, Friston and Beachy Head. There's also a nice fast flat section along the Pevensey levels. The route can be started from any point along the course and tackled either way. The inclusion of Firle Beacon is just that extra challenge. |
