| Starting form Leigh on Sea Station - keep the Thames to your right for as long as possible - when you reach Shoebury and beyond you loop back on yourself through a couple of country roads then head back along the sea front following the route that brought you out. This is great for getting down on those big gears and doing a whole soprint session - a couple of hills at the beginning and end warm up those muscles and test what you have left in reserve. |
