Cycle Steps
Flat and fast until you get to Ditchling Beacon. Once over that you've got a nice downhill cruise all the way to the seafront in Brighton. Follow the seafront West to Shoreham and then peel off and head North back up to Redhill, Surrey.

Did most of this ride as an out and back session. 4 hours to cover 65 miles. You really notice the hills on the way back. Recommend it as a good training ride, especially getting to the top of the beacon and then turning round and heading back down it...
