Route starts off using road and cycle paths from Redcar to Marske then using brial paths to New Marske up through Errington Woods to Upleathem.

Then following bridal ways over fields follow road into Saltburn.

Follow Marine Parade to caravan park longside railway line and allotments then brial way into Marske then follow road the Ship Inn.

Then follow road towards Redcar after cycling over bridge retrace path through Ings estate then end route where you started.
