This is a road route that is mainly on country roads. There is however, a small stretch of A road, heading into Horsham, and a crossing of the A24, after Dial Post, which requires caution.
From Partridge Green head north along Littleworth Lane, Stonehouse Lane, Burnthouse Lane, Newells Lane and the A281 to Horsham. Once at Horsham turn left into Kerves Lane, and head for Southwater. Go through Southwater on the old Worthing Road, veering right into Shipley Road and follow this till it crosses the A272 junction and head for Shipley. Turn left into Swallows Lane and follow this to Dial Post. Once through Dial Post, take care crossing the A24 (extreme caution) and follow Honeybridge Lane to Ashurst. From Ashurst head north to Partridge Green and the finish. |
