| Good fun on the track out to Duchal Moor but there are 2 fords which can both be difficult to cross after heavy rain. Moor track always flooded in winter but bikable. A fun route this but its is not plotted very accurately and north of the Loch Thom reservior tracks are indistinct on the ground. An alternative after Gryffe reserviors would be to head towards Whinhill on the minor road, into Overton then follow the Greenock cut (several gates on it), join at NS 266 747. Follow around to Cornalees visitor centre - then back on the Kelly cut to Wemyss Bay. | ||
