Lurgan Town centre to Dromore and on to the Dromara hills. The ride from Lurgan to Dromore is pretty flat so it serves as a nice warm up for the hilly terrain that is Dromara. There are no huge climbs but a constant rolling terrain which could work as a nice interval type session. After the hills there is a 6 mile stint (easy mini time trial) on a dual carrigeway which brings you into Banbridge, then its easy warm down back to Lurgan.
The route is beautiful and serves as good soul food. |

| Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see? |
There is a bike shop in William Street in Lurgan - Mc Cabreys - but as you're heading out into the countryside I would advise you bring everything you need with you. You'll find shops and cafes in Dromore, but they're not open on Sundays.
