Cycle Steps
This is a mixed route of A and B roads and paths, that is suitable for all bikes, and is not that hilly.
You start with a ride through West Park and up to the A6005. Follow this all the way to the right hand turn into Attenborough Lane. Head down through The Strand and go through Attenborough Nature Reserve, coming back out on Barton Lane. It then back left onto the A6005 to return to Long Eaton. On the way back continue to follow the A6005 until the B6002 junction. Go left down Wilsthorpe Road, B6002 and back to the start. I am sure you will find that it has been worth it.
