| Few bad roads before a long steep getting steeper climb to the Spaniards inn. Rewarded with an easy flat straight then another small climb to the top of High Gate then a speedy winding ascent to Kentish Town. Expect to do in under an hour I head for 45 mins. If you want to make it harder try going back around Hampstead heath by turning back up the hill. Halfway to the top on the left is a bench with a good view of London. I usually skip that second trip back around the Heath, If I go for it I can barely stand afterwards. |
