Cycle Steps
This is a pleasant, but hilly, road route, on A and B roads. The route initially heads inland on the A762, passing by Lochs and going through Galloway Forest Park to New Galloway. It then takes the A712 Continuing through the Galloway Forest Park, passing Clatteringshaws Loch and on down to Newton Stewart. You then take the A75 and enjoy some coastal scenerery, from around Creetown to Gatehouse of Fleet. From here its the B727 and A755 back to Kircudbright and the start point. There are a number of pubs and hotels around the route where you can rest and refuel.
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Lochs, Galloway Forest Park and Coastal scenery all wrapped up in one cycle ride.

I have not done this route but was thinkong of it. Is A75 not risky and better option cycle track to creetown then round by Rusko to G of Fleet then back to Kbt?
