| This is the complete route that I took. I did this in 9 days. Due to these time restrictions I put on myself, Cornwall goes through the A30, and the Lake District is all down the A6. With more time I would have taken in the sights in these areas. The hardest areas are Devon, West Scotland....and the last 10 miles into Lands End! | |
| Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see? | |
| So many, I particularly enjoyed Loch Ness, Arran, Shap & Ludlow. |

| To do it in a week (14 days) then you need cycle roughly 65 miles a day however you can obviously do it quicker the more you travel each day. I reccomend training for at least 3 months before solidly doing 150 to 200 miles cycling per week then you should be fit to do it. | ||

| We are planning to do LEJOG in 9 days and are planning the route. I can only see half your route on this page - do you have the full route available. Would be a great help if you have. | ||
