Cycle Steps
Route up through the Dales and back roughly following the River Wharfe. Some hills but easily do-able in 3 hours even with coffee breaks.

Route starts in Ilkley going past Bolton Abbey, through Grassington, past Kilnsey to Kettlewell.

Turn around at Kettlewell and return along country roads via Conistone, Burnsall, Appletreewick, Barden, crossing the river at Bolton Abbey before retunring to Ilkley via Addingham.
