| 1. Followed the Bowes Railway Path to the A195, then cycle route into washington until you meet the sunderland -Consett cycleway. Into Sunderland via NGC then along the coast to South Shields NC1 and then followed NC14 back upto Jarrow, where I joined the monkton Cycle path leading to the Bowes Railway Path into Hebburn |
