| Great route - road to Hathersage quite busy but after that all on much quieter lanes save for few miles out of Tideswell. Lots of options for food inTideswell, we stopped at the Vanilla kitchen cafe with sunny outside patio garden. The pub at Litton looked popular with cyclists. Best bit of the route was the short climb up to the gliding club above Great Hucknow then beautiful 4 miles all downhill across the top and along ridge side back to Hathersage. Took 3.5 hours including lunch stop and we're very leisurely cyclists on tourers not road bikes. Thanks for the route. | ||
