Generally, this route is fairly easy although there are a few more difficult gradients. Apart from Halstead and Bocking, the roads are very quiet with the bulk of the journey being on pleasant country lanes. Look out for some delightful country cottages and houses dotted along the route.
I completed this loop going clockwise - judging by the gradients, the anticlockwise trip is probably more energy-sapping. |
