Start Greenwich Park Royal Observatory.Follow the ciycle route out of the Park via lower Gate to the Cutty Sark and foot tunnel(you will need to dismount and carry you bike down stairs and through the tunnel. North side of the river exit Isle gardens take path into Westferry road T.L. to Cuba st.L.to river path follow to Limehouse Basin,round edge of basin to pick up the Limehouse cut follow canal path to Bow Lock (need to dismount to cross the bridge onto Three Mills,
recross the river on bridge to L, take the river path R, stay on the river lea path end of Hackney Marsh (path is diverted here follow divertion back to river path) then continue up the river Lea to the Swan and Pike T.R.through car park follow cycle path through to Gunpowder Park through park to exit into Sewardstone road R,to turn L, into Mott Street,bare L at juction to High Beach,S.O. at Cross Road,next R.to A121 R, to R/B. straight over to Theydon Bois (B172)over
railway bridge next L. to Hobbs Cross L,to T.J. Left next L,Banks Lane to Tawney Common R,Woodhatch R,to A113 R, Passingford Bridge R/B, L (B175)next R,Hook Lane, T.J.turn R.to Chigwell Row, T/L turn left A112,follow through T/L under foot bridge to T/L turn R.take the cycle path L. to join Forest Road top of hill R.Hog Hill Cycle,straight on to R/B straight on to Fullwell Cross R/B L. to turn L at T/J.turn R. next junction follow road through all junction to pick up cycle route head towards Newbury Park,at A12 cross using Pedestrian Lights,R,and then left to enterance of Valentines Park,through Park,R in centre of Park to Pond round theL,of pond to exit Gate, Straight on at (A123 care) next J,turn R, next L.to park enterance into park follow path over bridge(A406)and river bridge L onto rogh track follow to join Roding river path along side of City London Cemy. under Rail bridge in Housing estate follow Cycle path to Romford Road Cross on Pedestrian Crossing Follow cycle route through estate to Barrington road.under Railway bridge,Leigh Road then Burges Road,R into Kempton Road, L, St. Olaves Road to (A124)Cross using Pedestrian Lights into Park Avenue,Folkstone Road,L at end road then R, to (A13)cross on pedestrian bridge,cross bus lane care,L on blue route to turn R, next exit follow cycle path cross next T/L and onto Junction with R/B (Manor Way)Left to next R/B take (here you need to get round the R/B to take the A117 to the Woolwich Ferry) this can be done safely by using P/C at lights and following the path round to the Pedestrian/cycle lights on the other side of R.B then R,over the enterance to Albert Dock follow signs to Ferry, Cross river using ferry. Take Thames river path R, on leaving the Ferry, follow cycle path signs to R/B Woolwich Road, care at this junction you will have to get round and on cycle lane heading towards Greenwich next R/B L,to cross level crossing Charlton lane to Charlton Park road R, follow through village to Blackheath Standard R/B third R, Vanburgh Park at the begining of the heath Vanburgh Park bares R it is block to traffic but you can cross road on foot path, this will lead you to a side gate in Greenwich Park follow cycle path back Royal Obsevatory.
