| A varied road route, on a mix of road types, around the beautiful countryside south of Gravesend. On the meandering route out to Trosley, via Luddesdown, you discover some lovely valleys, along deserted country roads, with a variety of terrain. There are some fun downhills, some long flat stretches and one killer hill. The incentive is the amazing view off the edge of the North Downs at Trosley Country Park, near Vigo Village. The Meopham Road (A227) gets you back to Gravesend in no time, since its slightly downhill all the way. |
