| After the initial climb up to the air balloon (I recommend the footpath beside the road) and onto Birdlip the ride is fairly level across the Cotswolds to Bisley and through Chalford down to the Golden valley before turning east through Stroud skirting Stonehouse and back to Gloucester. |
