| YIKES! I haven't done this route - I don't think I'm likely to try it. I got lost just off the Cheshire Cycleway and came to the Rostherne Lane/Chester Road junction. This is singly THE busiest road I have ever seen! LETHAL. I don't know if the A556 got upgraded but it's four lanes of traffic averaging 60+mph with no safe break to cross. Granted that was the weekend of the Tatton Show but you won't catch me on it between the M56 and M6 junctions. Absolutely not for cycling. Motorbike with a deathwish - maybe. | ||
