This is a road route, on a mix of A, B and country roads, that has a few Devon rolling hills to give you a little test, but flattens out when around the coast.
The route take you through Newton Abbotts, along both sides of the Teign Estuary on the way to and from Teignmouth, and both out and back on the the section from Teignmouth through Dawlish to Dawlish Warren. In the process it passes through picturesque seaside towns such as Shaldon, Teignmouth and Dawlish. There are also copious numbers of great pubs for lunch or a spot of liquid refreshment. |
