A good ride to look around Surrey. Some quiet roads, a bit of climbing, great countryside. Good for an early morning ride as you can be back in time for lunch!
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Bike shops in Richmond, Cobham and Dorking. Box Hill and Leith Hill are both national Trust land.

A really pleasant escape from London... "A bit of climbing" is a slight understatement though... I feel like I've been over the Alps!

Thanks for posting a great route.

Very scenic ride out, but some busy roads on the return leg. Overall, a top ride. There are some steep parts - Leith Hill is a killer.

Nice place to stop of top of Box Hill for a tea.
