| This route goes through Widnes, St Helens, Liverpool, Runcorn and Warrington. Most of the time however you're on country roads and canal paths so pick a nice day and its like riding in the countryside, your only on a few minor roads for about 30 mins here and there. Some really challenging climbs in particular the 1st 5 miles are the toughest. After that its about medium not to tough not to easy a great ride and workout! |
