This is a circular route for MTB/Trekking bikes, using as many dirt paths as possible. Starts in Corby and going through fields/meadows/forests of Rockingham Forest area using bridleways and country lanes.
Halfway point is Fineshade Woods recreational area with bike shop and refreshments is available.
Highlight of the route is 4 miles signposted MTB Red route loop in Wakerley Forest. On the way back the route goes underneath a long railway viaduct near Harringworth. |
