Cleveland is a county located in the north-east of England. It got its name from cliff-land which best describes its southern areas. They boast one of the longest stretches of beach in the UK, starting from South Gare in the north west to Saltburn in the south east. Cleveland also has a number of fantastic places to cycle both off and on road, Guisborough Forest is picturesque offering views of local countryside and three cycle specific routes with a variety of difficulties. There is also a Bridleway network which can be used by cyclists and walkers.
