Cycle Steps
Start off at Chellaston and head towards Elvaston, Long Eaton, Beeston and Nottingham. Then head down through West bridgeford into Leicstershire and back home via Rempstone, Kegworth, Ashby, Lount, Staunton Harold and Melbourne.
There is a good mix of urban and extra urban, and is very hilly on the back half. This route is a good test for stamina.
