Nice coast views,Posh Sardine Arnside Good Coffee & Cake - to avoid busy A6, ( suggest if family/children ride ) fast traffic and lorries/coaches - at Milnthorpe if you carry on up the B6384 through Holme and onto the A6070 turn right through Burton in Kendal and either follow back onto A6(still busy roundabouts to negotiate) or turn left through Priest Hutton - onto the Borwick Rd then the Capenwray Rd, turning right onto the Kellet rd back into Carnforth.May add a bit to route, but you can trim off some round Silverdale area, see other Silverdale routes
