A simple double loop route, heading initially to William Girling Reservoir and taking in the Lea Navigation, Regents and Grand Union canals. It has a section between St John's Wood and Park Royal that joins the two loops and is cycled outward and inward. It also finishes with a little road work.
Around 3/4 of this route is via Waterway tow paths, which can get a little muddy. As a result of this, and the fact that you would get too many punctures, this route is not suitable for racing type bikes. |
