Cycle Steps
Start at the monument in Brigg at th junction of Wrawby Road(A18) and Bigby Road (A1084) Head west either along the A18 or along Bigby Street to walk through the Market Place before riding along Bridge Street to join the A18. Continue West and at a mini roundabout go straight across leaving the A18 and onto the B1206 towards Scawby. The road eventually goes south round a left hand bend. Continue through Hibaldstow and Redbourne and at a mini roundabout take the first exit left onto Redbourne Roadn to Waddingham. Here take the second turning right (in front of the Marquis of Granby PH) to Snitterby and Atterby. At the crossroads in Atterby go sharp left and downhill along a narrow lane which bends left (be aware of any oncoming vehicles). You will quickly arrive at Bishop Norton. After a very short climb follow the road first left then right before turning left. At the crossroads of Grange lane and Well Street go straight across onto Glentham Road. This soon becomes Bishop Norton Road, but stay on it through Glentham to the junction with the A631. Here turn left and after about half mile turn left onto Cross Lane. Stay on this lane for some time as it turns left and right and becoming Carr Lane. At the junction with the B1205 turn right to Brandy Wharf. Cross the River Ancholme at Brandy Wharf. ( The pub is now a Private Residence). Continue to South Kelsey and at the crossroads turn left to North Kelsey. At North Kelsey follow the road downhill through the village and later at the junction with the B1434 bear left (straight ahead) towards Howsham. After the short sharp climb up to the village either stop at the cafe (Claytons Corner not open on Mondays) or just after the cafe turn left onto Cadney Road. Follow this road through Cadney and onto Brigg. Here at the traffic lights follow the road round to the right onto Bigby Street and back to the start at the Monument.

If you can ride 30 miles then you can ride this route. With the odd slight rise and one very short climb, as I was once told "There isn't any hill you can't walk up". It's enjoyable.
