20m approx off road, via Boston Manor and Elthorne Parks, Grand Union, Trumpers Way Meadows, Brent River Park, Glade Park, through to Norwood Green then round Osterley park and back again. 200m tarmac only!
NB section from Osterley to Norwood via M4 footbridge has thick vegitation and stinging nettles so not very friendly. Can be bypassed by returning via Osterley Park and using road bridge over M4 |
