A reasonably flat loop that takes you through some lovely countryside and minimises road traffic. The only major road is the A6, but that has a separate cycle path running alongside.
There's a sneaky route on the way back that goes over Clifton bridge, along the cycle path to the Showcase cinema car park, and then through back streets to the University - it's not mandatory but it cuts out a bit of main road cycling. |
