This is an undulating, mixed route of roads, country lanes and a lot of off road fun in East Dartmoor, that includes the classic descent from Water to Clam Bridge.
There are no shops on route and no pubs are passed. The only exception is the 'Hound of the Basket Meals' snack wagon in the car park at Hound Tor.
