1. The route takes you along the coast all the way so plenty of views and photos to be taken, the dunes path has lots of hills and downhill sections (watch out for dog walkers). The rest of the route takes you directly adjacent to the sea along the coast path/promanade. with pubs shops and restraunts along the way if refreshments are needed, the route is fun and is good for a regular cycle, some off road sections but mainly paths.
