11-12 mile circuit taking partially on cycle lanes, one tricky bit crossing over the A5. Fairly flat along the river Severn flood plain. Passing the villages of Atcham and Uffingham and using the 81 National Cycle route to come back into town safely.

Crossing over the A5 is now a bit easier as they have installed traffic lights on the roundabout so it slows the traffic down a bit!
Watch out for lorries though.
