| A lovely quiet (on a Sunday morning) 65 mile route with only one serious hill, Combe Gibbett. Passing through beautiful villages particlarly in the Bourne Valley. Plenty of pubs on route,I didn't see any cafes other than in Hungerford, not many shops for stocking up on food. We took 5 hours which was pretty leisurely and thoroughly enjoyable. You could start this ride in Hungerford or Gt Bedwyn if arriving by train, there is a service from Reading 30mins and London 1hr 15m |
