A long, hard bike ride that climbs up the Tumble, which is part of the National Championships Course, go over the Blorenge, down the other side into Bryn Mawr, up to Blaenavon and down the Heads of the Valleys Road, into Gilwern and to Glangraeny, to Abergavenny along Brecon Road.
