charity ride - Aberystwyth Wales to Lowestoft Suffolk England Advice please

Hello, I am in the exploratory stages of trying to plan a charity bike ride from Aberystwyth area of Wales due east to Lowestoft Suffolk England. I'm planning for our group of 4/6 riderssto cycle approx 60 miles a day and stop overnight at campsite We will have 2 campervans with 2 drivers each as support vehicles who will help set up and strike camps as well as help prepare food.
Any advice on best and safest routes wul be greatly apprecciated as we have no lexperience of organising any rides of this size.

You could try and check out the routes from Barmouth to Yarmouth that people have done previously. I was thinking about that but now think we will do a circular route in Wales mainly as we are based near Great Yarmouth and fancy a change in scenery!

My Profile 		Having organised a charity ride in the past you need to plan it
and also to make it worth doing make sure you are aware of the charity you are doing it for,because if you approach a sponsor they will want to konw about it.
Make a detailed plan and talk it through will all taking part even back up crew ,make sure you have a plan for emergancy, contact numbers route cards,stick to your route.
Contact CTC for advice on route list is almost endless good luck.
