I am thinking of biking the Gower coast and would weelcome any advice please

I have numerous Gower routes stored on a Garmin, where are you cycling to and from, I can then let you have the most appropriate one.

Thanks for your reply to my request for information on cycling the Gower coast.We were thinking of spending about 3 days starting at Swansea and possibly doing about 30 miles a day so we could have time to see the area ..
