From Chepstow to St:Davids

I was wandering if anyone knew where I could get a route planner to travel from Chepstow/Newport to St:Davids either of road or on lanes, as a new friends would like to do it for charity this summer. Any help would be much appreciated.

My Profile 		Hi check out the Sustrans web site you need to look for route 4 this will take you all the way, Im takinging it from Tenby to Bridgend in May
