Take on this 9 day challenge with Marie Curie Cancer Care. Conquer California by bike as you cycle on the Sierra Nevada mountains in the east to the Pacific coast in the west. You'll discover the epic scenery of America's golden state on your journey to San Francisco.

By taking on this challenge, you'll be helping us continue providing care and support to terminally ill people and their families, in their own homes, completely free of charge.
