Fairly straight forward question: Whats the easiest way between the two cities? Least traffic, cycle friendly n all that.

Also, has anyone gone from Stranraer over the water to Belfast then nipped down to Dublin?

no but i intent to go from stranraer to dumfries in september i hear it's very hilly .

no idea how to get out of belfast sorry but if you do manage it, then follow the coast all the way to dublin.
