Wobbly Crank Arm

Hi, I'm relatively new to cycling and I have a little problem.

My left crank arm is coming loose and causing an obvious wobble. I've tightened it, removed it, tightened it again but after a few miles cycling (10-15 miles) it loosens again.

My bolt seems to be ever so slightly bent so that'll be the first thing I'll try before I think about changing bottom brackets etc.

What I'm looking for is some advice on replacement bolts (should I use a washer, threadlocker, some bolts better than others etc) and maybe some preventative measures so this won't happen again.

Bike: Raleigh AT-30 - 2 Years old - Used for about 300-400 miles.
