I have a good hybrid bike but don't cycle much at all. Fitness isn't a problem, I just need to train and get used to cycling, but do you think that one of us needs to change our bike or can we do this trip together on different bike types? We haven't planned our exact route, yet, so don't really know what terrain it will be, but it will probably be a lot of road and maybe some track - perhaps part of the West Highland Way, or similar at times. Any advice would be appreciated. |
