Liverpool to Lancaster via Canals

Hi everyone, my sister and I have done a few cycling trips C2C etc, but want to cycle along the canals on a 2 - 3 day trip, thought of Liverpool to Lancaster, does anyone know of any accomodation along the route, we are both in our 50's so would take longer than most. Thanks

My Profile 		plenty of pubs around Apply Bridge, Gathurst, Parbole and Southport. I dont know if they do accomodation but food very good

Hi Sisters, there is a great place for accommodation, in Burscough, just off the canal. A couple of minutes cycle from the Leeds - Liverpool section of the canal. It is called Heskin Farm,great accommodation, you will see how close it is when you use google earth. They do a great breakfast. Tel 01704 894437. Very reasonable, and friendly. Good luck. By the way we are cycling from Morecambe to Liverpool in March for Motor Neurone Disease.
