Does anyone know of any short routes around Exeter?

Bike:

I have MS and am looking to get on my bike again after a long period away from it! I now have adult stabilisers and would rather not go on the main roads. Sadly for me (and my leg which needs building up again) all of the routes here are at least 10 miles long. Does anyone know of any routes that are alot shorter so that I can start low and build up to the long ones?
