Cycle holiday on Isle of Mull

Joined: 18 Jul 2015 Posts: 1 Bike: | Hi, I'm looking at renting a cottage on the Isle of Mull with 3 other. We're all over 60. We'll be taking our bikes only leaving the cars at Oban. I'm wondering where would be the based place to base ourselves considering that we only have our bikes to carry food / wine etc from the shops to the cottage. We are looking at Tobermory, Craignure, Lochdon or Lochbuie. We don't want to be too isolated as we would sometimes like to go for a meal. We also want to have daily rides of about 20 miles. Any suggestions? Any places to avoid?? Thanks Charles |
