Charity bike ride from Coventry to Mayo (Ireland): Advise required

Hi All, New to this forum and would appreciate any advie. A charity bike ride is being planned. Coventry to Liverpool, then to Dublin (Ireland) to Mayo.

Any advise on safe and quick routes....any B & B'2, Insurance requirements, Sponsorship advise, sponsorship.

Plan is for approx 10 participants.....and a support van.
